Meet Leah

I’m Leah Hopkinson, founder of The Clarity Crew. My own experiences with trauma, neurodivergence, and recovery have shown me that true healing starts when we feel safe enough to rest and strong enough to reclaim our voice. As a trauma-informed coach, I strive to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can begin your own path toward wholeness.

With qualifications in integrative coaching, Hypnoisis, NLP, Matrix therapies, and DISC, I use a variety of proven techniques to help you break free from anxiety, stress, and trauma. Together, we’ll work to rebuild restorative sleep, foster resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change. My mission is to empower you to step into your truth and strength, so you can live a life that feels truly yours.
