Our 5-session Sleep Reset Program is a supportive, structured process designed to help you gently regulate your nervous system and retrain your brain for rest. This isn’t a list of rules to follow. It is a guided experience, tailored to you.
Session 1: Building the Foundation for Rest
Our first session is dedicated to understanding your unique sleep patterns. We establish a new foundation by exploring sleep routines and habits that work for your body. This session concludes with a powerful somnambulism sleep hypnosis to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and prepare your mind for change.
Sessions 2-5: Deepening Your Practice & Releasing Blocks
Building on our first session, we will:
Deepen the work with further hypnosis sessions, reinforcing the mind-body connection for lasting calm.
Review your progress in a supportive, judgment-free space, making gentle adjustments as needed.
Identify and address specific blocks that may be hindering your sleep. We explore whether the root is anxiety, unprocessed stress, or other factors, personalising the approach to what you need.
Equip you with take-home hypnosis recordings so you can continue your practice and maintain your progress long after our sessions conclude.
